The Waste Masters delivers 20 and 30 yard roll-off dumpsters across Sweetwater and the FIU corridor, from apartment turnovers near campus to the warehouses by Dolphin Mall. We have covered this part of West Miami-Dade since 1993. Licensed (#15207) and insured. Hablamos español.

We run two roll-off sizes, and we will tell you honestly which one your job needs.
22 ft long, 8 ft wide, 4.5 ft tall
About six pickup truck loads
Kitchen or bathroom gut, a single-layer roof tear-off up to about 2,000 square feet, a medium estate cleanout, or a garage and shed cleared out in one go. Low enough walls to load over the side, and a swing door for walking heavy items in.
20 Yard details22 ft long, 8 ft wide, 6 ft tall
About nine pickup truck loads
Whole-house cleanouts, a renovation producing debris for weeks, a commercial build-out, or a big landscaping overhaul. The extra two feet of wall height swallows sofas, cabinets, and fencing without careful stacking.
30 Yard detailsNot sure which one? Tell us what you are tossing and we will size it for you. It costs us nothing to put you in the smaller box.
Miami-Dade charges disposal by the ton, so heavy material is priced by weight rather than by how full the container looks. Concrete, dirt, tile, and roofing hit legal truck limits long before the box is full. Tell us what you are throwing out before we deliver and we will size it honestly, which sometimes means splitting a heavy load rather than overfilling one container.
Read: what a dumpster can legally hold in MiamiStandard rental is seven days with free early pickup if you finish sooner, and extensions in seven-day blocks if the project runs long. For roofers and contractors working Sweetwater on a schedule, we run same-day swap-outs so a full container never stops a crew.
On your own driveway or private property, no permit is needed. Placing a container in the street or public right-of-way does require one, and the rules and fees differ between municipalities across Miami-Dade and Broward. Condo and HOA buildings usually want a certificate of insurance on file before delivery, which we can send the same day you ask.
Read: do you need a dumpster permit in Miami?Sweetwater is small lots, older single family homes and a wall of rental apartments around FIU and Fontainebleau, so the 20 yard is the container this city runs on. It handles a kitchen, a bathroom, a unit cleared between tenants at the end of a semester, or the furniture and boxes left behind in a two bedroom, and it fits on a short driveway or in a marked parking space without eating the whole row.
The 30 yard earns its keep when a building is being turned over rather than a unit, when a whole house is coming apart, or when an owner near the Dolphin Mall side is clearing a commercial space. Keep the weight rule in mind either way: tile floors and concrete from a patio reach a truck's legal limit long before the box looks full, so tell us what is coming out and we will plan the drops around it.
A private driveway or a private parking lot needs no permit, and that covers most of what we deliver here. At an apartment complex the decision belongs to the property, not the city, so get the manager to point at the spot before you book. We can place a box in a parking area as long as the truck has a straight approach and clear height overhead.
The street and the swale are the other case. The City of Sweetwater may require a right-of-way permit for a container placed there, and the answer depends on the address. Tell us where you are and we sort it out before delivery instead of leaving you to find out from a code officer. Streets here are narrow, so if parking is tight on both sides, say so and we will send the driver at a quieter hour.
Access is the other thing to check here. A roll-off truck needs roughly sixty feet of straight approach and about twenty three feet of clear height above the rails, which a carport overhang or a low balcony at an apartment complex can take away without anyone noticing until the truck arrives. Send a photo of the spot when you book and we will confirm the placement and the size before the delivery, not during it.
Sweetwater moves fast: FIU students rotate through apartments every semester, and the commercial corridor around Dolphin Mall and NW 107th Avenue generates constant warehouse and retail work. A landlord clearing several units at once usually wants a container on site for the week rather than repeat pickups, and the warehouses along the corridor have room for a 30 yard with a same-day swap when it fills. For a single unit or one heavy item, our bilingual crews carry it out by hand instead.
We also serve Fontainebleau, Doral, Tamiami, and the FIU area.
Almost everything from a renovation, a cleanout or a yard project loads straight into the box. A short list of items cannot, because the landfill and the transfer station will not take them, and a rejected load costs you a day.
Concrete, tile, dirt and roofing reach the legal weight a truck can carry long before a 20 or 30 yard box looks full. That is why we ask what you are throwing out before we deliver. A heavy load usually gets split across two lighter drops instead of stacked into one container we cannot legally lift.
An appliance with refrigerant, or a few tires sitting in the garage, can still leave your Sweetwater property. It goes out on a separate haul instead of in the box. Say what you have when you call and we sort it out before delivery, which is cheaper and faster than finding out at the scale.
Call or text (305) 986-0692, or send the estimate form. Tell us the address, what you are throwing out, and roughly when you want it there. We answer 6 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week.
We tell you whether the 20 or the 30 yard fits the job and where it should sit, then give you an estimate for the whole rental before anything is scheduled. If the smaller box is enough, that is what we will say.
Most Sweetwater deliveries go out next day, and a morning call often gets one there the same afternoon. The driver puts boards under the rails, sets the box where you asked, and leaves room for your cars.
One call and it is gone. Standard rental is seven days with free early pickup if you finish sooner. Long jobs get a swap instead: the full box leaves and an empty one lands the same day, so a crew never stands still.
Every rental is priced as an estimate for that job, because the size, the debris and the days all matter. Call or text (305) 986-0692 and describe what you are clearing. You get the full amount upfront, delivery and disposal included, with nothing added later.
Yes, end-of-semester turnovers are a Sweetwater specialty. Landlords call us in May, August, and December to empty units in a single visit: furniture, mattresses, and everything left behind. We can give you an estimate from photos and work from a lockbox.
Next day is normal and same day is common when you call in the morning. Sweetwater is a short run from our yard in Kendall, and it sits on the route we drive through west Miami-Dade every day.
A unit cleanout, a kitchen or a bathroom fits the 20 yard, and the 20 is easier to place on these lots. A building turnover, a whole house or a commercial space is a 30 yard. Tell us what is coming out and we will size it honestly.
Not on a private driveway or a private lot. If the container has to sit in the street or the swale, the City of Sweetwater may require a right-of-way permit. Give us the address when you book and we sort it out before delivery.
Yes. Sweetwater's flooding wrecks garage storage and patio furniture every wet season, and soaked items need to go quickly before mold sets in. Pile it anywhere accessible and we can usually haul it within a day.
