The 30 yard is for whole-unit gut jobs, for a townhouse coming apart end to end, and for an office or retail build-out along Biscayne Boulevard. Tile and marble are the catch in Aventura: a floor coming up across a large unit is heavy enough to hit the legal truck limit long before the box looks full, so tell us what the floor is made of and we will plan around it rather than sending a container we cannot lift.

Where It Goes in Aventura, and Permits

In a tower, placement is a conversation with the building, not with the city. Management decides where a container can sit, which entrance it comes through, and what hours it can arrive and leave. Most Aventura buildings also want a certificate of insurance on file before anything is delivered, and we send that the same day you ask. Start the approval early, because that step, not our truck, is usually what sets the date.

For a house or townhouse, the driveway needs nothing from anyone. If the only spot is the street or the swale, Aventura may require a right-of-way permit; give us the address and we work it out before delivery. Garage placement is almost never possible: a roll-off needs about twenty three feet of clear height to tip off the truck, and no residential garage has it.

   We tell you whether the 20 or the 30 yard fits the job and where it should sit, then give you an estimate for the whole rental before anything is scheduled. If the smaller box is enough, that is what we will say.

   Delivery, next day or same day

   Most Aventura deliveries go out next day, and a morning call often gets one there the same afternoon. The driver puts boards under the rails, sets the box where you asked, and leaves room for your cars.

4. 04

   Pickup or swap when it is full

   One call and it is gone. Standard rental is seven days with free early pickup if you finish sooner. Long jobs get a swap instead: the full box leaves and an empty one lands the same day, so a crew never stands still.
