The Waste Masters delivers 20 and 30 yard roll-off dumpsters throughout Cutler Bay and the South Dade corridor, often the same day. Storm cleanup, flooded garages, and home renovations are what fills them here. We are based just up the road in Kendall and have served these neighborhoods since 1993. Licensed (#15207) and insured.

We run two roll-off sizes, and we will tell you honestly which one your job needs.
22 ft long, 8 ft wide, 4.5 ft tall
About six pickup truck loads
Kitchen or bathroom gut, a single-layer roof tear-off up to about 2,000 square feet, a medium estate cleanout, or a garage and shed cleared out in one go. Low enough walls to load over the side, and a swing door for walking heavy items in.
20 Yard details22 ft long, 8 ft wide, 6 ft tall
About nine pickup truck loads
Whole-house cleanouts, a renovation producing debris for weeks, a commercial build-out, or a big landscaping overhaul. The extra two feet of wall height swallows sofas, cabinets, and fencing without careful stacking.
30 Yard detailsNot sure which one? Tell us what you are tossing and we will size it for you. It costs us nothing to put you in the smaller box.
Miami-Dade charges disposal by the ton, so heavy material is priced by weight rather than by how full the container looks. Concrete, dirt, tile, and roofing hit legal truck limits long before the box is full. Tell us what you are throwing out before we deliver and we will size it honestly, which sometimes means splitting a heavy load rather than overfilling one container.
Read: what a dumpster can legally hold in MiamiStandard rental is seven days with free early pickup if you finish sooner, and extensions in seven-day blocks if the project runs long. For roofers and contractors working Cutler Bay on a schedule, we run same-day swap-outs so a full container never stops a crew.
On your own driveway or private property, no permit is needed. Placing a container in the street or public right-of-way does require one, and the rules and fees differ between municipalities across Miami-Dade and Broward. Condo and HOA buildings usually want a certificate of insurance on file before delivery, which we can send the same day you ask.
Read: do you need a dumpster permit in Miami?Cutler Bay homes are mostly seventies and eighties single family, rebuilt or repaired after Andrew, and the projects follow a pattern. A kitchen, a bathroom, a garage cleared to the walls or carpet and tile pulled from a three bedroom all fit the 20 yard, which is also the box that still leaves room to park on a standard Lakes by the Bay or Saga Bay driveway.
The 30 yard is for the bigger jobs: a whole-house remodel, a roof coming off, or a flood cleanout where soaked drywall, carpet, padding and furniture all leave at once. Waterlogged material is deceptively heavy, so if a house took water, say so when you call. We would rather split it across two lighter drops than fill one box past what a truck can legally carry.
The driveway is the default and needs nothing from the town. Boards go under the rails first, which matters here because so many driveways were redone in pavers after the storms. We leave enough clearance for a car and set the box where the loading side faces your work, not the street.
If the container has to sit in the street or the public swale instead, the Town of Cutler Bay may require a right-of-way permit. Tell us the address when you book and we tell you what applies before the truck leaves. After a hurricane the swale fills with everyone's pile and the roads narrow, so book early in a storm week: we run this area hard in those weeks and the calendar goes fast.
The truck itself needs room: roughly sixty feet of straight approach to back a container in and about twenty three feet of clear height to tip it off the rails. Mature ficus and oak over a Saga Bay driveway are the usual obstacle. Point it out when you book and we will either pick a different spot or bring the 20 yard, which needs less height to set down than the taller box does.
Cutler Bay families know hurricane season better than almost anyone in the county, and so do we. After a storm, a container in the driveway beats waiting weeks for the county to collect the curb pile, and we keep 20 and 30 yard boxes moving through Lakes by the Bay and Saga Bay for as long as the cleanup lasts. Between storms those same containers take fence and deck tear-outs, flooded garage clearances, and renovation debris from homes being updated. When the job is one truckload rather than a week of work, we load and go instead.
We also serve Palmetto Bay, Perrine, Goulds, and the South Dade corridor.
Almost everything from a renovation, a cleanout or a yard project loads straight into the box. A short list of items cannot, because the landfill and the transfer station will not take them, and a rejected load costs you a day.
Concrete, tile, dirt and roofing reach the legal weight a truck can carry long before a 20 or 30 yard box looks full. That is why we ask what you are throwing out before we deliver. A heavy load usually gets split across two lighter drops instead of stacked into one container we cannot legally lift.
An appliance with refrigerant, or a few tires sitting in the garage, can still leave your Cutler Bay property. It goes out on a separate haul instead of in the box. Say what you have when you call and we sort it out before delivery, which is cheaper and faster than finding out at the scale.
Call or text (305) 986-0692, or send the estimate form. Tell us the address, what you are throwing out, and roughly when you want it there. We answer 6 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week.
We tell you whether the 20 or the 30 yard fits the job and where it should sit, then give you an estimate for the whole rental before anything is scheduled. If the smaller box is enough, that is what we will say.
Most Cutler Bay deliveries go out next day, and a morning call often gets one there the same afternoon. The driver puts boards under the rails, sets the box where you asked, and leaves room for your cars.
One call and it is gone. Standard rental is seven days with free early pickup if you finish sooner. Long jobs get a swap instead: the full box leaves and an empty one lands the same day, so a crew never stands still.
There is no flat rate. The size, what you are throwing out and how many days you keep it all change it, so we give an estimate for your job instead. Call or text (305) 986-0692 and you get the full amount upfront, delivery and disposal included.
Yes, and the faster the better: soaked furniture, carpet, and drywall grow mold within days in South Florida heat. We do flood-damage hauls in Cutler Bay every rainy season, and we can usually get to you within a day of your call.
Usually next day, and often the same day with a morning call. Cutler Bay is a short run south from our yard in Kendall, and there is no distance charge for south Miami-Dade.
A kitchen, a bathroom, a garage or one room of flooring fits the 20 yard. A whole-house remodel, a roof tear-off or a flood cleanout is a 30 yard. Water-damaged material is heavy, so tell us if the house took water and we will size for weight as well as volume.
Not on your own driveway or property. If it has to go in the street or the swale, the Town of Cutler Bay may require a right-of-way permit. Give us the address when you book and we sort it out before delivery day.
You can, but Cutler Bay saw multi-week waits after past storms, with debris piles sitting at the curb the whole time. If you want your driveway and yard back this week, or your HOA is complaining, we clear everything in one visit with proper disposal receipts.
